Over the years we have seen many changes in the IT Support and Management arena. Back in 1980 we were dealing with Mid-range centralised computers with green screen dumb terminals. The first PC was only just being launched.
Over the years PC’s have become the default business computer platform. The arrival of the internet and email have further extended the reach of PC’s into all of our businesses.
